This Privacy Policy applies to NRICH Skin ("NRICH," "we," "us," or "our") and covers how we handle personal information in connection with the website at nrichskin.com.au, and in connection with orders and enquiries made through WhatsApp. It applies to visitors browsing the website, and to customers who place an order or make an enquiry.

2. Types of Personal Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with us, the personal information we collect may include:

• Your name
• Phone number
• Email address, if you provide one
• Delivery address, when you place an order
• Details about the products you're ordering or asking about
• The content of messages you send us, including through WhatsApp
• Basic technical or browser information that may be collected automatically if website analytics are used (see Section 8)

We do not currently collect payment card details through the website itself, as NRICH does not operate an online checkout — see Section 7.

3. How We Collect Personal Information

We primarily collect personal information directly from you, when you choose to send us a message through WhatsApp — whether to place an order, ask a question, or use the "Find Your Routine" tool on our website. The Routine Finder tool itself runs in your own browser and does not send any information to NRICH until you choose to continue the conversation via WhatsApp.

We may also collect limited technical information automatically through website analytics tools, if and when these are implemented — see Section 8 for the current status.

4. Why We Collect Personal Information

We collect personal information to:

• Process and fulfil your order
• Respond to your questions or enquiries
• Provide customer support
• Understand how our website is used, so we can improve it
• Meet our own record-keeping, accounting, or legal obligations

5. Order and Enquiry Handling

NRICH currently processes all orders and enquiries directly through WhatsApp. When you message us to order or ask a question, the information you provide (such as your name, contact details, delivery address, and order details) is used only to fulfil that order or respond to that enquiry.

6. WhatsApp and Third-Party Communication Services

Our ordering and enquiry process uses WhatsApp, a messaging service operated by WhatsApp LLC (part of Meta). When you message us through WhatsApp, that conversation is also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy and terms of service, which we encourage you to review separately. NRICH does not control how WhatsApp itself stores, processes, or secures the messages sent through its platform.

7. Payment Providers

NRICH does not currently operate an online checkout or store payment card details through the website. Orders are currently paid for by bank transfer or PayID, arranged directly between you and your own banking provider, with payment details confirmed through WhatsApp. NRICH does not receive or store your full banking credentials as part of this process. If NRICH introduces an online payment provider in the future, this policy will be updated to reflect how that provider handles your information.

8. Website Analytics and Cookies

As at the date of this policy, the NRICH Skin website does not implement website analytics tracking or cookies. If this changes in the future — for example, if we introduce a website analytics tool to help us understand site usage — we will update this policy to describe what is collected and how.

9. Disclosure to Service Providers

We may disclose personal information to trusted service providers who help us operate our business, such as website hosting providers, WhatsApp Business, or delivery and postal services, but only to the extent necessary for them to provide those services to us. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

10. Overseas Disclosure

Some of the service providers referenced in this policy, including WhatsApp/Meta and our website hosting provider, may store or process information on servers located outside Australia, as part of their standard global infrastructure. We encourage you to review WhatsApp's own privacy policy for details of its international data handling.

11. Data Storage and Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information we hold from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Messages and information shared through WhatsApp are stored and secured according to WhatsApp's own systems and policies, not NRICH's.

12. Access and Correction Requests

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by contacting the NRICH Skin Privacy Officer. We will respond to reasonable requests within a reasonable timeframe.

13. Marketing Communications and Opt-Out

NRICH will only contact you about products, orders, or offers if you have engaged with us directly, such as through a WhatsApp conversation. If you no longer wish to receive messages from us, you can let us know at any time through WhatsApp or by contacting the NRICH Skin Privacy Officer, and we will action your request.

14. Complaints and Privacy Enquiries

If you have any concerns about how NRICH handles your personal information, please contact the NRICH Skin Privacy Officer in the first instance. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

The Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles may apply to how NRICH handles personal information, depending on factors including business size and turnover. This policy has been written with those principles in mind, but does not constitute a legal statement of compliance, and NRICH recommends confirming its specific obligations with a qualified professional.
