These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the website at nrichskin.com.au and to any order or enquiry you make with NRICH Skin ("NRICH," "we," "us," or "our"). By browsing this website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms.

2. About NRICH Skin

NRICH is the name behind this business, and NRICH Skin is its current skincare range — currently four serums, each formulated for a different purpose. NRICH is based in Western Australia.

3. Use of This Website

This website is intended to help you learn about NRICH Skin products, find the serum that suits you, and place an order or ask a question through WhatsApp. There is currently no automated checkout or account system on this website — every order is confirmed directly with us through WhatsApp.

You agree to use this website only for its intended purpose, and not in a way that could damage, disable, or interfere with it.

4. Product Information and Pricing

We aim to describe our products accurately, using information based on the product packaging and formulation. As at the date of this policy, all four NRICH Skin serums are priced at $39.95 AUD for a 30ml bottle. Prices and the product range may change from time to time, and the price that applies is the one confirmed with you at the time you place your order.

5. Placing an Order

Orders are currently placed by messaging NRICH directly through WhatsApp, either from a specific product page or the general contact option on this website. An order is not confirmed until we have responded to you directly and confirmed the details, including the product, price, and next steps.

6. Payment

Payment is currently made by bank transfer or PayID. Full payment details are provided to you directly during your WhatsApp order confirmation, rather than collected through this website.

7. Delivery

Delivery arrangements, including timing and cost, are confirmed with you directly on WhatsApp when you place your order. Further detail will also be available on our Shipping Policy page.

8. Returns and Refunds

Our approach to returns and refunds is set out on our Refund Policy page.

Regardless of any specific policy we publish, you are entitled to certain consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit those rights.

9. Product Use and Warnings

Each NRICH Skin product page includes directions for use and product-specific warnings, drawn from the product's own packaging. Please read these before using any product, particularly the caution notes on our Retinol Serum regarding pregnancy and breastfeeding. If you have a specific skin condition or medical concern, we recommend speaking with a doctor or dermatologist before starting a new skincare product.

We aim to describe what our products do in plain, restrained language, without exaggerated or unsupported claims. Our Routine Finder tool offers general guidance based on the answers you provide — it does not diagnose skin conditions and is not a substitute for professional advice.

10. Intellectual Property

The content on this website, including text, layout, and the NRICH name and branding, belongs to NRICH unless otherwise stated. You're welcome to browse and share links to our website, but please don't reproduce our content elsewhere without asking us first.

11. Third-Party Services

Our ordering and enquiry process relies on WhatsApp, a messaging service operated by WhatsApp LLC (part of Meta). Your use of WhatsApp is subject to WhatsApp's own terms of service, which are separate from these Terms. NRICH is not responsible for the availability or performance of WhatsApp as a platform.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, NRICH is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our products. This does not affect any consumer guarantee or right that applies to you under Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded by these Terms.
